I want to say thank you to the creator of this forum. Nairaland was a great play to showcase some of our development but we are limited by our lack of control. This forum offers us that leverage, and I hope and pray other igbos on Nairaland join this forum to help take it a better one. And again I hope this forum doesn’t end the way ( omambala dot com) came and all of a sudden disappeared. Thanks.

i can personally assure you that as the moderator of this forum, this forum is here to stay. It will not end up like omambala dot com. The founder of that forum was very suspicious. Also I will moderate this forum and make sure that any trouble maker is kicked out.

Just like you, I got really tired and fed up with what was happening to Ndigbo on Nairaland. It time for us to build our own where we can support and appreciate each other.

Thank you very much for joining.

Welcome my good brother. I am very very committed. I wont let you guys down. I am somebody who has always wanted Igbo progress and Nairaland will never let us do that. Its time we control our online destiny. If any one see any problem in this forum, you can email personally at horseprogressive@gmail.com or reach out to me at a future complaint thread that i will open for users.

I want us to have respectful, civil and educated discussions and debates.
I want us to find ways to implement the great ideas that we come up with in order to improve our homeland.
I fully subscribe to the "Aku luo uno" mentiality.

welcome my brother Pazienza!!!

Thanks to the creators platform. I pray it saves us all the toxicity of nairaland. Truely nairaland is just reflection of the ethnic jungle Nigeria is.
I was on the omambala forum with the same name but I don't know what happened to it.
I strongly believe that the first step in solving the igbo problem is getting ourselves out of Nigeria and all its ethnic paranoia even if it takes 100yrs. We are never meant to be here.
Let's start by thinking home guys and investing our heavy industry at home and loving ourselves more.

Thanks for your support. I wish a lot more Igbos will realize what you said above . it is 100% the bitter truth. Its time we come together and start solving our own problems. But I realized in order to do that successfully, we need our separate online space. Welcome.

Is there a way we can draw igbos from igboist group on Facebook into this forum?🤔

Truly, the need for Igbo's to start thinking home cannot be overemphasized. Charity begins at home.

This may sound like a broken record but it can never be overemphasized.  We need to take our future seriously and start investing home massively.

Ok, no problem brother. We are here with you. As far as Nigeria is concerned, the interest of Igbo nation comes first and I am hopeful this forum will play a major role moving forward.

Omanbala dot com was bound to fail because it was parochial.  This one has higher chances of success. Mod please don't kick out indiscriminately and indefinitely. Be flexible in your mode of discipline

I have no intention of kicking out anyone. Even non igbos are welcome but civility and respect for everyone’s opinion must be maintained.

Individuals who intentionally leave their nairaland and come here to cause havoc will not be tolerated.

welcome James.
